The football hero, the valedictorian, the cheerleader, the class nerd, the homecoming queen, and even the former principal all plan to attend the Class Reunion, and you should plan to be there too.
The Harriman Lions Club will be hosting their second annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theater, and this year’s theme is “Happy High School Reunion”. It will be held at the American Legion Hall at 624 Morgan Street (behind HUB) in Harriman, TN. The festivities will begin on Saturday, August 25th at 7:00 p.m. and will include a full dinner buffet, adult beverages, and a live interactive murder mystery theater. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 each and the proceeds will benefit the many projects of the Harriman Lions Club. In a few weeks the Harriman Lions will begin eye screening for Roane County children 6 years old and under to determine if there might be sight problems that could impact their ability to read. In addition, they provide eye exams and glasses for Roane County residents who might not otherwise be able to afford them. More recently they have been able to arrange for cataract surgery and other costlier procedures for Roane County residents, by partnering with other Lions Clubs in the district.
Tickets are available at the Roane Alliance, the Roane Street Grill, or by contacting a Lions Club member at (865)882-8421 or (865)245-8282. Some tickets may be available at the door, and credit cards will be accepted.
