Clinch River Launches (Harriman & Kingston)

Ladd Park (aka Centers Ferry) is Kingston's largest boat launch.  it offers a 3-lane concrete pad good for all vessels, located near MM 4 where it meets the Emory River.

Kingston Steam Plant (Harriman) is a TVA 2-lane concrete ramp near MM 3.  it is open year round, sunrise to 10 pm, and good for all vessels.

Unnamed (also located at Kingston Steam Plant in Harriman.)  It is a TVA 2-lane concrete ramp good for all vessels, open year round, 24 hour access.

Kingston City Park (Kingston) is located between MM 1 & 2.  It is a concrete 2-lane ramp owned by City of Kingston, open year round, 24 hour access, and available up to 26' vessels.

Gravel Pit (Kingston) is a 2-lane concrete ramp located between MM 1 & 2, good for up to 25' vessel, and also owned by City of Kingston with 24 hour access.

58 Landing is a 2-lane concrete ramp located near where the Clinch meets the Tennessee.  It is accessed on Hwy 58 at Kingston's waterfront.
