Storm the Fort 1/3 (Half Storm)

The Race for the Cannon enters its 11th year, with he premier event now a 1/3 distance race.  A one-miler wave start triangular swim course, followed by a rural rolling 39 milk bike ride (no major climbs) with one bottle exchange.  The run course will be an 8.8 mile course consisting of two loops on the Kingston greenway, with the first lap running past famous Fort Southwest Point.  The run course will include fully stocked aid stations - every mile.

Storm the Fort Spring (Sprint Storm)

For the 8th year, Storm the Fort again offers a sprint option.  Wave start point to point 500 meter swim, fairly flat (by East TN standards) 17 mile bike course, and an out and back "around the Fort" 4 mile run on the Kingston greenway.
