Rockwood’s Tom Fuller “Waterfront” Park is comprised of approximately 55 acres that includes a boat ramp with ample parking, fishing piers, floating docks, a swimming area, picnic tables, concession are with restrooms, and a pavilion. The park is home to several large fishing tournaments throughout the year. Local folks and tourists fill the parking lot most every weekend during good weather for swimming, fishing, boating, skiing and other forms of water recreation. It is not unusual to see several boats loading and unloading 12 months of the year. The city was recently awarded an Enhancement Grant which includes a multi-modal greenway from Fuller Park along Pumphouse Road to U.S. 27 (Gateway Avenue). The project includes a trailhead at the lake, landscaping, signage and pedestrian amenities. We are excited to present to you Jaws on the Water. This floating movie is the first of its kind in Roane County and we hope that you will join the experience with us. Please bring as many people with you as possible to make this event one that will be talked about for years to come. We hope to see you there.
