 COME HEAR THE MUSIC!

The Mt. LeConte Jug Band has graciously offered to provide a Fundraiser Concert for the Watts Bar Ecology and Fisheries Council (wbefc.org), on August 6, from 6-9 p.m. at the Kingston City Park Large Pavilion on the water at 333 West Race Street, Kingston.

There will. be Food Truck at the event.
Fats BBQ - BBQ and beans, ribs and sandwiches
Goodwin South of the River - Hamburgers, Hotdogs, tacos and a 2nd truck for shaved ice
Crazy Cubans Food Truck - Cuban Sandwiches, Roasted Pork Sandwiches, Grilled Bacon Chicken Wrap, Grilled Chicken or Roasted Pork Curry Wrap
ARROZ CON POLLO, ETC.

The band is a WBEFC Stakeholder and are doing all they can to help save Watts Bar and the three lakes above from the devastating silver carp. Your WBEFC has been working very hard for five years to prevent the silver carp from reaching our lakes. This effort costs both time and money. Please come to the fundraiser and help support WBEFC activities with your generous tax deductible donation. You will hear a short update on the status of the silver carp advance when the band takes a break. The silver carp represent the greatest economic and environmental threat to face our region. The ash spill was nothing compared to the everlasting devastation these fish will deliver.

Our WBEFC treasury is almost depleted; and, we need your help to continue our work.  Please come by car or boat to lend your support and hear some great music!
