Ladd Landing

MAP IT

Ladd Landing is a community in the heart of Kingston that is nestled along three miles of shoreline on the Clinch River, one of the three tributaries making up scenic Watts Bar Lake.  Designed around the concept of new urbanism with the architectural themes of the old south,  Ladd Landing offers 800 acres that includes a town center, one to four-acre wooded and gated home sites, condominiums and cottages - both with lakeside locations or with sweeping views of the lake, clubhouse with pool and miles of walking and biking trails.

Dock rights are available on some lots, while the town center offers more than 100,000 sq ft of retail, medical and dining space that provides a grocery store, hardware store, dry cleaner, dentist, ophthalmologist, medical plaza, vet services, brewery and more.
